Gilvan Dracena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for União Esperança - standby. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Pirani in the 14th minute of play forced Cheetara FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilvan Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Pirani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cheetara FC defense, Luiz Paulo Linares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilvan Dracena. The Cheetara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilvan Dracena should have stopped the shot. União Esperança - standby's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
