Doriva Pombal in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pacorro Abalos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jano Soares in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Almeida saved Arapuá FC. from getting behind. André Luiz Cardozo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jano Soares in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Almeida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Arapuá FC.'s Luís Fernando de Queirós got a free kick in the 31st minute. The supporters of Arapuá FC. booed when Flamengo MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos Custódio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
