Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sandrinho Sá started the match with the kick off. Yan Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Waldir Lucas's late challenge caught a Águia Dourada F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldir Lucas helped the player get up and apologised. Yan Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. José Maria Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisinho Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Águia Dourada F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Cearense to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Águia Dourada F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sydney de Andrade came free, but José Maria Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Maria Tinoco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Saraiva went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Sandrinho Sá in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yan Santos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 22ndth minute of the game Fernandinho Ceresso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alexandrita SS's Yan Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Alexandrita SS's Yan Santos got control of the ball when Sandrinho Sá tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th play minute Sandrinho Sá came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yan Santos. 1-1. Arí Salles hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Águia Dourada F.C.'s Benê Santana was substituted for Fernandinho Ceresso. A collision led to Águia Dourada F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Arí Salles hit a great ball. Luisinho Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandrita SS's Waldir Lucas got his second yellow card of the match in the 35th minute. The referee ordered Waldir Lucas off the ground. Sandrinho Sá did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Yan Santos 38 minutes into the match. In the 43rd match minute, Alexandrita SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisinho Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Yan Santos managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Águia Dourada F.C.'s Sandrinho Sá fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 47th minute Luís Eduardo Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sydney de Andrade made the kick off in the second half. When Águia Dourada F.C.'s Sandrinho Sá in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alexandrita SS's goalie prevented a goal. Yan Santos came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Águia Dourada F.C.'s Sandrinho Sá. But to his dismay, Sandrinho Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Augusto Cabral in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Sandrinho Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. Águia Dourada F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sandrinho Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Alexandrita SS's Kaká Botelho got a free kick in the 69th minute. Sandrinho Sá took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yan Santos. Yan Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Sydney de Andrade succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-2 in the 78th playminute. Alexandrita SS's Yan Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Sá in the 82nd minute of play. Yan Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Sá in the 85th minute of play. If Antônio Carlos Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Águia Dourada F.C.'s Paulão Cardozo was substituted for Tomás Cearense. In the 89th minute, Sandrinho Sá ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yan Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Yan Santos came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Águia Dourada F.C.'s Sandrinho Sá. But to his dismay, Sandrinho Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. Águia Dourada F.C. made a substitution. Carlinhos Vasconcelos replaced Antônio Carlos Alagoano. When the referee ended the match the Águia Dourada F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
