BIRMINGHAM's Perivaldo Aparecido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save BIRMINGHAM from getting a goal against them. Tomé Paraíba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rony Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The Hoppe FC fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Hoppe FC's Nicolas Loureiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Hoppe FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arthur de Amaral hit a great ball. Tomé Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th match minute, Hoppe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Rony Cardoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomé Paraíba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rony Cardoso ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomé Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomé Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Pitta in the 37th minute of the match. Rony Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredinho Pitta to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Alfredinho Pitta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tomé Paraíba. The goal made the score 2-1. After a rather tough play, Hoppe FC's Jano Salgado got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Ismael Marques was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 62nd minute, Ismael Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Hoppe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredinho Pitta came free, but Tomé Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomé Paraíba made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Rony Cardoso sent off a good shot on target. Rony Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomé Paraíba having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Luan das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rony Cardoso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Tomé Paraíba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 84 minutes into the game, BIRMINGHAM's Rony Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomé Paraíba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After having played for 88 minutes, Rony Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
