Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Osvaldo Donato kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Shanna ARND S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Donato came free, but Frank Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlinhos Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Frank Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 minutes, Edinho Hoffmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Shanna ARND S.C. and the Olaria MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Shanna ARND S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edinho Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Gláuber Catarinense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauro Fantini made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Edinho Hoffmann sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Olaria MZ's Gláuber Catarinense got a free kick in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Olaria MZ's goalkeeper Mauro Fantini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edinho Hoffmann. Edgar Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Fantini having to interfere. Frank Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Donato in the 28th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Olaria MZ got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber Catarinense. Edinho Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Fantini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Edgar Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Shanna ARND S.C.'s Iuri Viana got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Edinho Hoffmann got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Edinho Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlinhos Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Silveira to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Olaria MZ's zone, Edinho Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Fantini came out of the goal and Edinho Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Shanna ARND S.C.'s Edgar Silveira in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olaria MZ's goalie prevented a goal. Mauro Fantini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edinho Hoffmann's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Edinho Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Mauro Fantini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shanna ARND S.C.. In the 79th minute, Carlinhos Silveira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frank Bezerra. The goal made the score 0-1. Olaria MZ's Mauro Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Silveira in the 83rd minute of play. Edgar Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Mauro Fantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Edinho Hoffmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Fantini. Olaria MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edinho Hoffmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 92nd minute, Edinho Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Edgar Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shanna ARND S.C. were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Olaria MZ to leave the ground with a draw.
