Aírton Novaes came out of the goal and Leonardo Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Hudson Veiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bonfim Paulista Fut Show's Aírton Novaes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cléber Carvalhos short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Edgar Vander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cléber Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Edgar Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half FC Vila Naticos were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hudson Veiga was the one to do the kick off. Aírton Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Dantas in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Cléber Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot.
