Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Vítor Mello started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Fred de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Carlos Saldanha got free with Samuel Quintal in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júlio Cearense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred de Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred de Almeida in the 18th minute of play. Genílson dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Jamandua AD booed when Osbravos EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexsandro Trevisan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Romeu Loureiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Jamandua AD defense, Alexsandro Trevisan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júlio Cearense. The Jamandua AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júlio Cearense should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute Alexsandro Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Mello in the 57th minute of play forced Osbravos EC's goalkeeper Samuel Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alexsandro Trevisan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osbravos EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexsandro Trevisan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Cearense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexsandro Trevisan took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Júlio Cearense. Júlio Cearense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Jamandua AD booed when Osbravos EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tostão Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the game, José Vítor Mello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Samuel Quintal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexsandro Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes of play, Jamandua AD's José Vítor Mello made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Quintal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Osbravos EC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Jamandua AD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
