A nice corner shot did that Caio Leite got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maurinho Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Resende F.C defense, Germano Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurinho Moraes. The Resende F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurinho Moraes should have stopped the shot. Maurinho Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germano Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Sydney Mandrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dagoberto Borges in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Simão Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pierrot Calcio's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sydney Mandrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Dionísio in the 90th minute of the match. Germano Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Pierrot Calcio's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Borges came free, but Sydney Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
