Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luiz Eduardo Cardozo made the kick off which started today's match. When Luizão Camargo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Pejeu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luizão Camargo couldn't finish the play. Geovanni Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Luiz Eduardo Cardozo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Luiz Sena was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. If Luiz Eduardo Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Bruno Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by INTER FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luizão Camargo was slow to take the kick. During this time Pejeu FC's players had a chance to rest. After 41 minutes of play, INTER FC's Luiz Eduardo Cardozo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luiz Sena was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geovanni Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geovanni Amaral was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Luiz Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Alberto Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Luís Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Pedro Luiz Sena managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when INTER FC's Luís Ferreira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pejeu FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luiz Eduardo Cardozo was slow to take the kick. During this time INTER FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led INTER FC's Mané Britto to a score. 0-3 in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Pejeu FC's Róbson Quintal got a free kick in the 81st minute. Luiz Eduardo Cardozo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Luiz Sena having to make a save. After 84 minutes, Luís Ferreira made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Pejeu FC's Pedro Luiz Sena tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Luís Ferreira made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Luiz Sena. Pejeu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Hortêncio Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
