An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Burutzagi in the 3rd minute of play forced Anarcos E.C's goalkeeper Manoel Tobias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan Burutzagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Manoel Tobias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Luizão Queiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Adan Burutzagi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Manoel Tobias. 16 minutes into the match, Timbu EC's Adan Burutzagi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manoel Tobias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute Alberto Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Miliano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Wágner Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luizão Queiroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Raimundo Miliano made a huge save. The supporters of Timbu EC booed when Anarcos E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th match minute, Anarcos E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Juarês Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juarês Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Timbu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Valle to maneuver through the defense. Adan Burutzagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manoel Tobias having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Adan Burutzagi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timbu EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Burutzagi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adan Burutzagi made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Anarcos E.C's zone, Adan Burutzagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manoel Tobias came out of the goal and Adan Burutzagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adan Burutzagi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Manoel Tobias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sydney Leme's late challenge caught a Timbu EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sydney Leme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Sydney Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Burutzagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 played minutes Anarcos E.C got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Nogueira. The Anarcos E.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Timbu EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
