Cássio Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Secco, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Yan Secco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Betim MZC's Cássio Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Válbson Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Balonek having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Yan Secco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cássio Rossi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17 minutes of play, Goianésia E.C's Yan Secco made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cássio Rossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Goianésia E.C's Gabi Gol in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Betim MZC's goalie prevented a goal. Cássio Rossi came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Goianésia E.C's Gabi Gol. But to his dismay, Gabi Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Manuel Goiano took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cássio Rossi. Cássio Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Cássio Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabi Gol in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Betim MZC's Bebeto Barros got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cássio Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabi Gol in the 32nd minute of play. Cássio Rossi came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Goianésia E.C's Gabi Gol. But to his dismay, Gabi Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Yan Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goianésia E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Yan Secco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cássio Rossi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the game, Bebeto Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Betim MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goianésia E.C the free kick. Válbson Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Betim MZC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Valério Sá hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes Goianésia E.C got a freekick which was hit by Gabi Gol.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Válbson Saldanha made a kick off. Cássio Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabi Gol went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Betim MZC's Valério Sá got a free kick in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Célio Barral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goianésia E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Betim MZC the free kick. 66 minutes into the match, Goianésia E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Saldanha came free, but Norbert Balonek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Betim MZC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lauro Tepedino hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Gabi Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cássio Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Secco in the 71st minute of the match. The long shot by Leopoldo Brodel in the 75th minute really tested Cássio Rossi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cássio Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabi Gol in the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to Betim MZC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Eriberto Brodel hit a great ball. Zé Paulo Porto charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Paulo Porto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Goianésia E.C booed when Betim MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Paulo Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabi Gol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Cássio Rossi made a huge save. Betim MZC's Cássio Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Betim MZC from getting a goal against them. Gabi Gol's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cássio Rossi firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cássio Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Secco, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Betim MZC's goalkeeper Cássio Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabi Gol. When the match was over Goianésia E.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Betim MZC throughout the match.
