Spectators: 7023 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alberto Sarmento started the match with the kick off. Manoel Tobias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durvalino Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute, Timbu EC's Adan Burutzagi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manoel Tobias. Manoel Tobias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 7 played minutes Anarcos E.C got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Leme. After having played for 9 minutes, Adan Burutzagi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timbu EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Burutzagi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute, Timbu EC's Adan Burutzagi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Timbu EC's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Queiroz came free, but Raimundo Miliano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Timbu EC's Adan Burutzagi in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anarcos E.C's goalie prevented a goal. Anarcos E.C's Manoel Tobias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Burutzagi in the 21st minute of play. Adan Burutzagi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manoel Tobias having to make a save. Adan Burutzagi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manoel Tobias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match Timbu EC got a corner. Anarcos E.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Durvalino Tepedino ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jeremias Nogueira tried in the game's 31st match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Manoel Tobias. An annoying self made goal, 3-0. Manoel Tobias made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Adan Burutzagi sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th match minute, Timbu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute of the match Heleno de Freitas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Miliano skillfully saved the ball. Adan Burutzagi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeremias Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Anarcos E.C defense, Adan Burutzagi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manoel Tobias. The Anarcos E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manoel Tobias should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adan Burutzagi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Anarcos E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Manoel Tobias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adan Burutzagi's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sydney Leme during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Anarcos E.C got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Leme. A collision led to Anarcos E.C getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Natanael Vaz hit a great ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Adan Burutzagi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timbu EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Burutzagi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88 minutes, Zé Augusto Sanches mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Timbu EC and the Anarcos E.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Timbu EC's Zé Augusto Sanches got a free kick in the 88th minute. Timbu EC made a substitution. Danilo Lima replaced Zé Augusto Sanches. In the 89th match minute, Timbu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Augusto Sanches to maneuver through the defense. Timbu EC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
