After some careless play in the Spinach the Sailor defense, Juvenal Mazza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andrew Henestrosa. The Spinach the Sailor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrew Henestrosa should have stopped the shot. When Guilherme Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nacos FC - AWAY's protests and gave Guilherme Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. Guilherme Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juvenal Mazza got free with Andrew Henestrosa in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Nacos FC - AWAY got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Mazza. Pedro Paulo Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Cearense went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Werner Gjettermann made a kick off. With his leg Pedro Paulo Simões managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Spinach the Sailor's Werner Gjettermann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felipe Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Nacos FC - AWAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Nacos FC - AWAY getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Alves hit a great ball. Felipe Vergílio's late challenge caught a Spinach the Sailor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. 76 minutes into the match, Spinach the Sailor's Marcelo Cearense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Paulo Simões narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernani Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrew Henestrosa having to interfere. Andrew Henestrosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juvenal Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
