After 10 played minutes, TruviaN 1896's Luís Barros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simão Ramalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TruviaN 1896 reached it. Guaraniaçu PR's Simão Ramalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Guaraniaçu PR from getting a goal against them. Mateus de Sousa's late challenge caught a TruviaN 1896's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateus de Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. TruviaN 1896's Luís Eduardo Melo was substituted for Fabinho Palmeira. In the 19th minute, Mateus de Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Guaraniaçu PR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Simão Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nildo Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TruviaN 1896 were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Guaraniaçu PR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Eduardo Melo took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Nildo Pombal drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Guaraniaçu PR's goalkeeper. Nildo Pombal struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Simão Ramalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TruviaN 1896. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nildo Pombal in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simão Ramalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Hüsnü Toycan managed to get in a good position for a shot. TruviaN 1896's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüsnü Toycan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Ramalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guaraniaçu PR's Simão Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléberson Leme in the 40th minute of play. Nildo Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Simão Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nildo Pombal to strike the kick off in the second half. Mateus de Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simão Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nildo Pombal in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Guaraniaçu PR's goal looked a bit too open when Kléberson Leme came free, but Simão Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nildo Pombal might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simão Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nildo Pombal ran back to his position shaking his head. Kléberson Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kléberson Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Ramalho having to interfere. Pedrão Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Simão Ramalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TruviaN 1896. In the 77th minute, Alexsandro Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Kléberson Leme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nildo Pombal in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simão Ramalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the TruviaN 1896 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
