Roberto Machado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. César Silva came out and tried to block the shot, but Roberto Machado slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. When Roberto Machado came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Limão Com Mel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Machado couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Michel de Sena reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of César Silva. The goal made the score 2-0. Roberto Machado's late challenge caught a B1 Vegetal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Machado helped the player get up and apologised. Roberto Machado hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Michel de Sena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of César Silva. Michel de Sena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. A collision led to B1 Vegetal getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Acácio Melo hit a great ball. César Silva was a little too slow when Roberto Machado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 4-0. After 41 played minutes Limão Com Mel got a freekick which was hit by Jailson Fontes. Roberto Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Machado made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, B1 Vegetal's Carlos Augusto Sena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erik Cordeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Michel de Sena charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel de Sena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of B1 Vegetal booed when Limão Com Mel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel de Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Arnaldo Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Michel de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamílton Ramos during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Limão Com Mel's Hamílton Ramos got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute Michel de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jailson Fontes in the 75th minute of play forced B1 Vegetal's goalkeeper César Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel de Sena hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes, B1 Vegetal's Serafim Motta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erik Cordeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in B1 Vegetal reached it. Serafim Mottas short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Erik Cordeiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. César Silva came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Limão Com Mel's Michel de Sena. But to his dismay, Michel de Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 96 minutes into the game, Limão Com Mel's Roberto Machado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. César Silva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0.
