Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The referee ignored Mate's protests and gave Lauro Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Lauro Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 6 minutes, Wally Guzman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quarahy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wally Guzman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 朱泉夕 struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. 范谦伟 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quarahy. After 10 minutes, Jorge Tróia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mate and the Quarahy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Mate got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Tróia. Lauro Moreira came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and 秦洲森 could save by the left post. The supporters of Mate booed when Quarahy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Senna got free with 秦洲森 in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Quarahy getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Wally Guzman hit a great ball. 秦洲森 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Senna in the 41st minute. 47 minutes into the game, Baltazar Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quarahy the free kick. The supporters of Quarahy booed when Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Mate's Baltazar Andrade got a free kick in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wally Guzman was the one to do the kick off. 范谦伟 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wally Guzman in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wally Guzman in the 61st minute of play forced Mate's goalkeeper 范谦伟 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 minutes Mate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 朱泉夕 who took care of the corner kick. Quarahy's Grzegorz Danisiewicz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 62nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a little luck, Mate's 范谦伟 got control of the ball when Grzegorz Danisiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teodoro Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 秦洲森 having to interfere. A collision led to Mate getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Samuca Terra hit a great ball. Wally Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. 范谦伟 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Senna in the 91st minute of play forced Quarahy's goalkeeper 秦洲森 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Dadá Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 秦洲森 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quarahy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
