Spectators: 5210 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ricardinho Santana got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Corinthians sp defense, Ricardinho Santana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tony Freire. The Corinthians sp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tony Freire should have stopped the shot. Ricardinho Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tony Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Spencer Hopson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nelson Cerezo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 21 minute of play. Spencer Hopson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Recife in the 24th minute of play. Gernando Nogueira got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nelson Cerezo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelson Cerezo got free with Spencer Hopson in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu Recife in the 37th minute of play forced Gifters Predations's goalkeeper Spencer Hopson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gugu Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ricardinho Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nelson Cerezo to strike the kick off in the second half. Spencer Hopson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Cerezo in the 52nd minute of the match. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Emanuel Silva with Gernando Nogueira as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tony Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardinho Santana's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Nelson Cerezo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Spencer Hopson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Recife in the 67th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Corinthians sp got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Silva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Santana in the 72nd minute of play forced Corinthians sp's goalkeeper Tony Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gilvan Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Gugu Recife put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Spencer Hopson. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Nelson Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corinthians sp's supporters rose to their feet, but Nelson Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spencer Hopson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nelson Cerezo took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Spencer Hopson. Spencer Hopson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nelson Cerezo in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Spencer Hopson saved Gifters Predations from getting behind. In the 94th match minute, Gifters Predations was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Corinthians sp fully deserved thier win.
