When Oséias da Mata fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Peladeiros FutArt's protests and gave Oséias da Mata a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Los Peladeiros FutArt getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Oséias da Mata hit a great ball. Aureliano Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vivaldo Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breenan McLiam in the 12th minute of play. If Breenan McLiam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Acácio Furtado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alan de Azevedo was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. When Los Peladeiros FutArt's Aureliano Poncio in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 36th match minute, Los Peladeiros FutArt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséias da Mata to maneuver through the defense. Acácio Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vivaldo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breenan McLiam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Breenan McLiam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Peladeiros FutArt's Breenan McLiam got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Acácio Furtado made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Breenan McLiam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Nilmar Nóbrega got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vivaldo Salgado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Oséas do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Flavinho Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aureliano Poncio sped through Chagu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vivaldo Salgado. Acácio Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan de Azevedo having to interfere. In the 71st minute Acácio Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureliano Poncio in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vivaldo Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th match minute, Los Peladeiros FutArt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th match minute, Los Peladeiros FutArt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséas do Valle to maneuver through the defense. Felippe Valle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Alan de Azevedo made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Felippe Valle took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alan de Azevedo to make any attempt to save it. Alan de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acácio Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alan de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acácio Furtado in the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Peladeiros FutArt's Vicente Oskitz got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Acácio Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Patrício de Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chagu's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrício de Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chagu's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
