In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jerônimo Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Jerônimo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cícero Moura in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Guerreiros SC's Tiago Matos got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hílton Marquez. Caetano Falcão struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Osmar Matos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guerreiros SC. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Isaltino Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guerreiros SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaltino Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osmar Matos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caboclos AD's Cícero Moura was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Giovani Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Santos having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Giovani Massa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guerreiros SC's Jerônimo Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Guerreiros SC from getting a goal against them. Giovani Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jerônimo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Moura in the 37th minute of play forced Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guerreiros SC's Jerônimo Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Guerreiros SC from getting a goal against them. Jean do Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Jerônimo Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caboclos AD. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaltino Toledo in the 45th minute of play forced Caboclos AD's goalkeeper Osmar Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovani Massa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Jerônimo Santos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Caetano Falcão made the kick off in the second half. Hílton Marquez struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jerônimo Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caboclos AD. Cícero Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jerônimo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardinho Munhoz's late challenge caught a Caboclos AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardinho Munhoz helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Moura in the 68th minute of play forced Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guerreiros SC's zone, Jean do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerônimo Santos came out of the goal and Jean do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Giovani Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovani Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Cícero Moura notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Guerreiros SC's Jerônimo Santos. Jerônimo Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Giovani Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Charles Sá hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jean do Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerônimo Santos having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Giovani Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caboclos AD's Hílton Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute Giovani Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Cícero Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caboclos AD fully deserved thier win.
