Jerônimo Santos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jerônimo Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rubens Rocha's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guga Senna in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerônimo Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes in the game Frank Lauro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ruben Corderro. When Guga Senna fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FIEL ALGUSTA's protests and gave Guga Senna a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, FIEL ALGUSTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Senna to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiquinho Soares in the 17th minute of play forced Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerônimo Santos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murillo Pernambucano went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute, Rubens Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerônimo Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 29 minutes of play, FIEL ALGUSTA's Ruben Corderro made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerônimo Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jerônimo Santos was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Tiquinho Soares capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tiquinho Soares really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Jerônimo Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiquinho Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Jerônimo Santos made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Rubens Rocha sent off a good shot on target. Jerônimo Santos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murillo Pernambucano went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of FIEL ALGUSTA booed when Guerreiros SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurício Favoretto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Murillo Pernambucano was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubens Rocha in the 54th minute of play forced Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerônimo Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murillo Pernambucano's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Jerônimo Santos came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by FIEL ALGUSTA's Murillo Pernambucano. But to his dismay, Murillo Pernambucano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 63 minutes into the match, Murillo Pernambucano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerônimo Santos. Guerreiros SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murillo Pernambucano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Guerreiros SC's Jerônimo Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiquinho Soares in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Válter Novaes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerônimo Santos. Guerreiros SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Válter Novaes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Murillo Pernambucano scored 11-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerônimo Santos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerônimo Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubens Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Válter Novaes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Jerônimo Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubens Rocha in the 81st minute of play forced Guerreiros SC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Tiquinho Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Jerônimo Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, Guerreiros SC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Negri came free, but Jerônimo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Rubens Rocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 15-0. Guerreiros SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 16-0.
