Eurico Monteiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Cristian Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Eurico Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Silva in the 8th minute of play. Reynaldo Sampaio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eurico Monteiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Real Alvinegro FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Cotias's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hamílton de Moraes took the corner. After taking down the ball on Real Alvinegro FC's corner Hamílton de Moraes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eurico Monteiro quite easily take care of the ball. Cotias's Eurico Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomé Silva in the 21st minute of play. Caetano Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Hamílton de Moraes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurico Monteiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Cotias booed when Real Alvinegro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armandinho Marques in the 29th minute of play forced Cotias's goalkeeper Eurico Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jailson Coelho fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cotias's protests and gave Jailson Coelho a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 played minutes Cotias got a freekick which was hit by Jailson Coelho. 37 minutes into the game, Caetano Salles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cotias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Alvinegro FC the free kick. After 37 played minutes Cotias got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Salles. Real Alvinegro FC's Tomé Silva got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 45 minutes, Reynaldo Sampaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Alvinegro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Sampaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tomé Silva fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Alvinegro FC's protests and gave Tomé Silva a yellow card for diving instead. Tomé Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Real Alvinegro FC's Reynaldo Sampaio got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eurico Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Sampaio in the 60th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Cotias's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Sampaio came free, but Eurico Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 杨克朗 kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Eurico Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 74 minutes of play Real Alvinegro FC's Tomé Silva was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 75 played minutes Real Alvinegro FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomé Silva. Eurico Monteiro came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Real Alvinegro FC's Reynaldo Sampaio. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Sampaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Reynaldo Sampaio struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Eurico Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Alvinegro FC. 95 minutes into the match, Real Alvinegro FC's Armandinho Marques sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eurico Monteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caetano Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
