An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Esteves in the 57th minute of play forced Cotias's goalkeeper Eurico Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eurico Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Esteves in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Cotias's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Severo came free, but Eurico Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
