Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kiko Amaral kicked off to start the match. Arí Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesinha Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Cesinha Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Arí Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arí Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesinha Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdir Paraibano got free with Kleanthis Variamidis in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kiko Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Valério Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sirinhaem's Cesinha Gonçalves got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateus de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Faro AD booed when Sirinhaem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Jerônimo Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Elano Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Arí Tróia. Faro AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, Sirinhaem's Kleanthis Variamidis got control of the ball when Mateus de Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Faro AD defense, Elano Trigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arí Tróia. The Faro AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arí Tróia should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Elano Trigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arí Tróia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elano Trigo made a kick off. In the 51st minute Cesinha Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arí Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kiko Amaral in the 55th minute of play forced Sirinhaem's goalkeeper Kleanthis Variamidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kleanthis Variamidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Paraibano in the 56th minute of the match. Kleanthis Variamidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Paraibano, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Elano Trigo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Arí Tróia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Elano Trigo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arí Tróia came out and tried to block the shot, but Elano Trigo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 63rd minute. Arí Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha Gonçalves in the 69th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Sirinhaem got a freekick which was hit by Dário Sergipano. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Sirinhaem:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Faro AD:s goal. Abel Marinho placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jaime Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Tróia having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Cauan Teles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute of the match Cacá Toledo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kleanthis Variamidis skillfully saved the ball. In the 93rd minute, Mateus de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sirinhaem's Kleanthis Variamidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Amaral in the 95th minute of play. Arí Tróia was a little too slow when Cesinha Gonçalves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-7.
