After a rather tough play, Tubarão EC's Gilvan Miranda got a free kick in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 88 minutes into the game, LUIZ PANATO's Rony das Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rubens Batista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-17. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Rubens Batista successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rubens Batista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Gomes's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute.
