Real Alvinegro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catadupas the free kick. A collision led to Real Alvinegro FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Reynaldo Sampaio hit a great ball. Real Alvinegro FC's Reginaldo Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarcisio Marques in the 16th minute of play. André Pires didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Sampaio went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cesinha Azevedo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Armandinho Marques hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Tarcisio Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. André Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarcisio Marques made a kick off. Reginaldo Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarcisio Marques in the 52nd minute of the match. Vinícius Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Sandro Saldanha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomé Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Pires came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Alvinegro FC's Reynaldo Sampaio. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Sampaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Real Alvinegro FC's Reginaldo Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarcisio Marques in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match Fausto Guimarães sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reginaldo Amaral skillfully saved the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Sampaio notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Catadupas's André Pires. André Pires was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reynaldo Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Sampaio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Pires. Real Alvinegro FC's Reginaldo Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarcisio Marques in the 87th minute of play. After 89 minutes, Vinícius Loyola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Alvinegro FC and the Catadupas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Catadupas's Betinho Gonçalves tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Real Alvinegro FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Catadupas side.
