Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Juarês Martins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafinha Madureira having to make a save. In the 4thth minute of the game Juarês Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but São Vicente FC's Rafinha Madureira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SC Corinthians were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after São Vicente FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ademar Palmeira took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ademar Palmeira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rafinha Madureira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rafinha Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Santos in the 7th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Juarês Martins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafinha Madureira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Dito Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rafinha Madureira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Juarês Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Corinthians's supporters rose to their feet, but Juarês Martins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafinha Madureira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafinha Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dito Santos's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The SC Corinthians fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when SC Corinthians's Juarês Martins looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rafinha Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juarês Martins in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to São Vicente FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Edinho Godoi hit a great ball. SC Corinthians's Genílson Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save SC Corinthians from getting a goal against them. If Dito Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes, SC Corinthians's Duarte Prado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafinha Madureira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Corinthians reached it. In the 43rd minute of the match, Wilian Perez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genílson Mendonça was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rafinha Madureira came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Corinthians's Dito Santos. But to his dismay, Dito Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto de Barros to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Augusto de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, SC Corinthians's Duarte Prado seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Duarte Prado the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Corinthians protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Duarte Prado had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Duarte Prado hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. São Vicente FC's Cláudio Cardozo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Corinthians. In the 59th match minute, São Vicente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edinho Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Dito Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafinha Madureira made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Dito Santos sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to São Vicente FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Edinho Godoi hit a great ball. Dito Santos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rafinha Madureira firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dito Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95 minutes of play, SC Corinthians's Dito Santos made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafinha Madureira was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over SC Corinthians could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than São Vicente FC throughout the match.
