After 43 minutes of play, Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s Sílvio Luís de Queiroz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Téo Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lino do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience was convinced that Wilian de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Tinoco was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. With a little luck, J.A. 100's Téo Fernandez got control of the ball when Cristiano Massa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Sílvio Luís de Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcinho Furlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Tinoco having to make a save. Wilian de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Cavalaria Hermética F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Delfim Paraibano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Tinoco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcinho Furlan in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
