The supporters of Cannavieiras booed when Clube Wepink Futebol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Dalmo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Didi Toledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Cannavieiras defense, Luis Oliveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kléberson Pena. The Cannavieiras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kléberson Pena should have stopped the shot. Luciano Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. In the 81stth minute of the game Adalberto de Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Wepink Futebol's Justino Gorri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalmo Gomes got free with Justino Gorri in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the match, Cannavieiras's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Oliveira came free, but Kléberson Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cannavieiras were furious when Gilmar Toledo was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Dorian Rocha might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kléberson Pena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dorian Rocha ran back to his position shaking his head. Clube Wepink Futebol walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
