Spectators: 7255 (Terracing: 5655, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's Edinho Mattos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's Kauan Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Brodel in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Edinho Mattos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anderson Peixoto. Star Sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edinho Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10thth minute of the game Hermínio Sanches who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's Kauan Massa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anderson Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edinho Mattos in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's Claudinho de Brito got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Sanches came free, but Kauan Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edinho Mattos scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anderson Peixoto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hélder Perez took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anderson Peixoto. Anderson Peixoto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to Star Sports getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Cláudio Brodel hit a great ball. Hermínio Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Kauan Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th match minute, DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Richard Borges's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Kauan Massa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 46 minutes, Cláudio Brodel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Star Sports and the DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Star Sports getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Cláudio Brodel hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermínio Sanches made a kick off. The supporters of DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE booed when Star Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Edinho Mattos took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Anderson Peixoto to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richard Borges in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kauan Massa saved DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE from getting behind. Anderson Peixoto came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's Alan Neto. But to his dismay, Alan Neto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Star Sports's Richard Borges in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's goalie prevented a goal. When Star Sports's Cláudio Brodel in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's goalie prevented a goal. 71 minutes into the game, Star Sports's Richard Borges nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kauan Massa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. After 74 played minutes DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Edinho Mattos. In the 75th minute, Alfredo Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Star Sports getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Eusébio Batista hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Dráuzio Perez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anderson Peixoto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 77 minutes, Sidney Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Star Sports and the DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sidney Vides hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Alan Neto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Anderson Peixoto made a huge save. After 80 played minutes DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Alan Neto. Richard Borges struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Kauan Massa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Star Sports. If Hermínio Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84thth minute of the game Richard Borges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's Kauan Massa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Sanches came free, but Kauan Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kauan Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cláudio Brodel's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 94th minute of the match, Claudinho de Brito got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anderson Peixoto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. DECKYTER ESPORTE CLUBE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
