Better Call Saul's Maurício Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Mesquita in the 14th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Humberto Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Better Call Saul's Duarte Seco got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute Luiz Paulo Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Marcus Abraão dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amadeu Furtado, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Abraão in the 29th minute of play forced Cabeceirinha's goalkeeper Amadeu Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo Mesquita in the 32nd minute of play forced Better Call Saul's goalkeeper Maurício Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Pombal charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Pombal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ismael Pombal kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Better Call Saul's Maurício Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Mesquita in the 35th minute of play. If Maurinho Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurício Veiga came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cabeceirinha's Maurinho Sarmento. But to his dismay, Maurinho Sarmento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Raúl Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Cabeceirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Brodel came free, but Amadeu Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, César Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Raúl Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Better Call Saul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raúl Furtado couldn't finish the play. Amadeu Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Abraão in the 56th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Better Call Saul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Pombal to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Better Call Saul getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Humberto Santos hit a great ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Denílson Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabeceirinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denílson Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cabeceirinha's zone, Léo Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Furtado came out of the goal and Léo Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cabeceirinha's Amadeu Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Abraão in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Ismael Pombal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Furtado. Cabeceirinha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Pombal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Maurinho Sarmento took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurício Veiga. Maurício Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Better Call Saul's zone, Maurinho Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurício Veiga came out of the goal and Maurinho Sarmento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duarte Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Pombal in the 90th minute of play forced Cabeceirinha's goalkeeper Amadeu Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeu Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Pombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
