Vic Vanpevenaeyge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes Recursolandia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was João Vítor Ceresso who took care of the corner kick. Milagres SC's João Paulo Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Dahmen in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Milagres SC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Claudinei Hermes hit a great ball. João Paulo Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico Dahmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Vic Vanpevenaeyge made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Abel Coelho sent off a good shot on target. If Charles Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Milagres SC got a freekick which was hit by Vinícius Lira. Vic Vanpevenaeyge was a little too slow when Charles Toscano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-2. Recursolandia's Giovanni Cosme managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vinícius Lira in the 46 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nico Dahmen in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Paulo Borges prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abel Coelho to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Nico Dahmen notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Milagres SC's João Paulo Borges. Recursolandia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
