Gláuber de Senna started the match with the kick off. MSativo's Klim Gradov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hélio Luz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Livramento A.F.C's Hélio Luz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Livramento A.F.C from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Livramento A.F.C defense, Valdo Lucas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hélio Luz. The Livramento A.F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hélio Luz should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Favoretto during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hélio Luz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdo Lucas in the 18th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Valdo Lucas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hélio Luz. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. In the 25th minute, João Adolfo Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 26 minutes, Gláuber de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Livramento A.F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gláuber de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute Valdo Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristiano Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Cristiano Favoretto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cristiano Favoretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hélio Luz having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristiano Favoretto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hélio Luz. That made the score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Cristiano Favoretto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hélio Luz. Cristiano Favoretto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Livramento A.F.C's Hélio Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Favoretto in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Valdo Lucas made the kick off in the second half. Cristiano Favoretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Luz having to interfere. Hélio Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 54 minutes into the game, Gláuber de Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Livramento A.F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MSativo the free kick. Gláuber de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Valdo Lucas succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. In the 66th minute, Valdo Lucas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hélio Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Cristiano Favoretto struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Hélio Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MSativo. The audience was convinced that Valdo Lucas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hélio Luz was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When MSativo's Valdo Lucas in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Livramento A.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. If Cristiano Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of MSativo booed when Livramento A.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hílton Secco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hélio Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 89 played minutes Livramento A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Secco. 92 minutes into the match, Cristiano Favoretto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélio Luz. Livramento A.F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Favoretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. MSativo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
