The referee ignored Santo's protests and gave Roger da Cunha a yellow card for diving instead. 4 minutes into the match, Santo's goal looked a bit too open when Maurício Pereira came free, but Dedé Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Maurício Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luizão Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. A collision led to Bola07 FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. George Albescu hit a great ball. Santo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Luiz Fabiano Tinoco scored to the left of an out of position Dedé Zonta, making the score, 1-0. Santo's Dedé Zonta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Santo from getting a goal against them. Roger da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Luizão Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Maurício Pereira notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Santo's Dedé Zonta. Dedé Zonta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luiz Fabiano Tinoco didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 30th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Luiz Fabiano Tinoco ran dejectedly back to his position. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Maurício Pereira put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dedé Zonta. In the 33rd minute, Ismael Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dedé Zonta was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Luiz Fabiano Tinoco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dedé Zonta. That made the score 5-0 in the 37 minute of play. Raúl Blanco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Dedé Zonta made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maurício Pereira to make the kick off. Raúl Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dedé Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Bola07 FC's George Albescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dedé Zonta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Dedé Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Tinoco in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of Bola07 FC booed when Santo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59thth minute of the game Luiz Fabiano Tinoco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santo's Dedé Zonta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Maurício Pereira made a precise shot to the right of Dedé Zonta. Santo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Santo's zone, Ismael Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedé Zonta came out of the goal and Ismael Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Fabiano Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes of play, Bola07 FC's Maurício Pereira made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedé Zonta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dedé Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Tinoco in the 71st minute of play. Dedé Zonta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Albescu went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the game, Maurício Pereira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Dedé Zonta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Maurício Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Santo's goal looked a bit too open when George Albescu came free, but Dedé Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raúl Blanco struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Dedé Zonta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bola07 FC. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bola07 FC had played much better football throughout.
