Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chico Ribeiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Charles Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Fellipe Ribeiro made a precise shot to the right of Geovanni Leão. Jangada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Carutapera AD's Charles Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matheus Cruz in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Carutapera AD booed when Jangada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chico Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Jangada getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marquinhos Sena hit a great ball. Chico Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Geovanni Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Donato in the 28th minute of play. Carutapera AD's Chico Ribeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Chico Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carutapera AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Chico Ribeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Sena in the 33rd minute of play. Matheus Cruz's late challenge caught a Carutapera AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matheus Cruz helped the player get up and apologised. After 35 played minutes Jangada got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Cruz. 46 minutes into the match, Chico Ribeiro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Jangada's Geovanni Leão. Geovanni Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinho Donato to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Jangada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Amaral to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Jangada got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Sena. Geovanni Leão came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Carutapera AD's Chico Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Chico Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 68 minutes into the match, Jangada's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Ribeiro came free, but Geovanni Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato de Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Geovanni Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 minutes, Mathias Quadros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jangada and the Carutapera AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jangada's goalkeeper Geovanni Leão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There was no doubt that Carutapera AD were the better team. Carutapera AD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
