In the 61st minute Eliézer Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarbas Cabrals short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Flávio de Azevedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 71st minute, Eliézer Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Nestor Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino de Senna hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Kléberson Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Flávio de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, VSKG Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Siqueira came free, but Luís Gustavo Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
