Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Henrique de Medeiros made the kick off and thus started the match. Anselmo Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique de Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Davi Brodel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Alagoano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson Mangueira in the 20th minute of play forced Puiracu FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Wiliam Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osmar Alagoano was a little too slow when Egídio Paraibano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Wiliam Aguiar's late challenge caught a Puiracu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiliam Aguiar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Puiracu FC booed when Blumenauense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wiliam Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Cabral took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Antunes. Anselmo Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 39th minute, Puiracu FC's Caio de Carvalho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Richard Cabral hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Osmar Silva, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davi Brodel to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Puiracu FC's Anselmo Antunes got control of the ball when Wiliam Aguiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henrique de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Anselmo Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benê Chaves during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Puiracu FC's Benê Chaves got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Henrique de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Anselmo Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osmar Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Blumenauense's goal looked a bit too open when Davi Brodel came free, but Osmar Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egídio Paraibano took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Alagoano. Osmar Alagoano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Osmar Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Brodel in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the Blumenauense defense, Egídio Paraibano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osmar Alagoano. The Blumenauense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osmar Alagoano should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Blumenauense's zone, Davi Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osmar Alagoano came out of the goal and Davi Brodel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Blumenauense getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Anselmo Moreira hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Caio de Carvalho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osmar Alagoano was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Edson Mangueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Anselmo Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique de Medeiros in the 93rd minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Puiracu FC fully deserved thier win.
