Michel Shevchenko might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo Antunes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Shevchenko ran back to his position shaking his head. 4 minutes into the match, Fred Viana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo Antunes. Puiracu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred Viana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ricardo Mourinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Antunes having to interfere. Anselmo Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Shevchenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Anselmo Antunes was a little too slow when Ricardo Mourinho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 13th minute, Michel Shevchenko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anselmo Antunes. The goal made the score 3-0. Anselmo Antunes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Michel Shevchenko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 19th minute, Michel Shevchenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 23rdth minute of the game Michel Shevchenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puiracu FC's Anselmo Antunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ricardo Mourinho was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Teresópolis F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 26 played minutes Teresópolis F.C got a freekick which was hit by Guto Mendonça. In the 28th minute of the match, Fred Viana got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anselmo Antunes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 29th minute Michel Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Puiracu FC's Anselmo Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Shevchenko in the 31st minute of play. Fred Viana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Anselmo Antunes made a huge save. Anselmo Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Mourinho in the 36th minute of play. Michel Shevchenko struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Anselmo Antunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teresópolis F.C. Anselmo Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Shevchenko in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Michel Shevchenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puiracu FC's Anselmo Antunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Ricardo Mourinho took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Anselmo Antunes to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Davi Brodel to make the kick off. Anselmo Antunes came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Teresópolis F.C's Michel Shevchenko. But to his dismay, Michel Shevchenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 62nd minute, Ricardo Mourinho made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Antunes. Puiracu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Michel Shevchenko took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Antunes. Anselmo Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After a rather tough play, Puiracu FC's Frédson Simões got a free kick in the 70th minute. Anselmo Antunes came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Teresópolis F.C's Michel Shevchenko. But to his dismay, Michel Shevchenko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Shevchenko in the 78th minute of play forced Puiracu FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Shevchenko in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anselmo Antunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teresópolis F.C's Michel Shevchenko got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teresópolis F.C's Teodoro Prado was substituted for Jardel Messias. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Guto Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teresópolis F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Guto Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Puiracu FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Osmar Silva hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Sandrinho Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teresópolis F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandrinho Loyola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Frédson Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sandrinho Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Puiracu FC's Frédson Simões got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Anselmo Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Shevchenko in the 95th minute of the match.
