Waldemar Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertinho Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a little luck, Sheldon Cooper PHD's Erik da Fonseca got control of the ball when Enéas Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Raúl Motta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erik da Fonseca. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 21st minute Raúl Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik da Fonseca made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Walmyr Vasconcelos sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Sheldon Cooper PHD getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. João Adolfo Pontes hit a great ball. Sheldon Cooper PHD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Enéas Quadros scored to the left of an out of position Erik da Fonseca, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Motta in the 34th minute of play forced Sheldon Cooper PHD's goalkeeper Erik da Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldemar Meirelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertinho Rosa in the 35th minute of the match. In the 42nd play minute Walmyr Vasconcelos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Erik da Fonseca. 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Erik da Fonseca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Erik da Fonseca came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Curintia Fc's Raúl Motta. But to his dismay, Raúl Motta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Erik da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Enéas Quadros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curintia Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Curintia Fc walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
