Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Armando Mandrak made the kick off which started today's match. Valdo Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Antunes having to interfere. Armando Mandrak took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandrinho Ramalho. Sandrinho Ramalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Fred Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Ramalho having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Claes Falkrans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinícius Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romário Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Romário Botelho notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cachambi FC's Vinícius Antunes. Vinícius Antunes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Osmar Dracena made a precise shot to the right of Vinícius Antunes. Cachambi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 44th minute, Claes Falkrans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cachambi FC's Vinícius Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário Botelho in the 46th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Marcinho Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachambi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcinho Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandrinho Ramalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half C.Atlético Internacional were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claes Falkrans to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Claes Falkrans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claes Falkrans shot the penalty kick right outside the post. When Marcinho Faria fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachambi FC's protests and gave Marcinho Faria a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cachambi FC's Marcinho Faria got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Romário Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vinícius Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fred Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinícius Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osmar Dracena in the 73rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Claes Falkrans sped through Cachambi FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinícius Antunes. If Osmar Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. C.Atlético Internacional's Claes Falkrans got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melquiades Fidele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Antunes having to interfere. Vinícius Antunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claes Falkrans's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Natanael Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, C.Atlético Internacional's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Mandrak came free, but Sandrinho Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.Atlético Internacional's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
