Nicolas Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Estrela Azul FC's Cauan Antunes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Hílton de Godoi's late challenge caught a Estrela Azul FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cauan Antunes in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlando Marques saved Tocantinea AD from getting behind. Estrela Azul FC's Jairo Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 73 played minutes Tocantinea AD got a freekick which was hit by Hílton de Godoi. 75 minutes into the game, Cauan Antunes lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated Orlando Marques. Cauan Antunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cauan Antunes ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauan Antunes in the 80th minute of play forced Tocantinea AD's goalkeeper Orlando Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tocantinea AD getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hílton de Godoi hit a great ball. With a little luck, Tocantinea AD's Orlando Marques got control of the ball when Cauan Antunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Estrela Azul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Botelho came free, but Nicolas Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Oliveira took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Loyola. Nicolas Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Leandro Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Tocantinea AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
