In the 23rd match minute, Jaguaré FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Matias Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Jarbas de Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Daniel Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jarbas de Alcântara who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Xavier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daniel Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, GMDuarte 82's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Caccia came free, but Daniel Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GMDuarte 82's Daniel Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas de Alcântara in the 65th minute of play. Jaguaré FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selçuk Onbulak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Jaguaré FC were the better team. Jaguaré FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
