Sidnei Loureiro hit a great ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Feustler FC's goalkeeper Breno da Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Breno da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Wilson de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Breno da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Athletico Redemptor's Danilo Vinhas got control of the ball when Gildo Soares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luiz Fábio Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Danilo Vinhas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, Gino Lucas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Athletico Redemptor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Feustler FC the free kick. Gino Lucas hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilson de Salles was the one to do the kick off. Danilo Vinhas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gildo Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Vinhas having to interfere. Guto Peres hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Wilson Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Danilo Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Garcia got free with Breno da Cunha in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Wilson Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danilo Vinhas was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Athletico Redemptor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Feustler FC.
