Real Mente Burro's Hílton Tepedino quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adelino Soeiro, made in the 6th minute of the game. Jame Whitley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Monteiro having to interfere. If Gustavo Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 played minutes FUSÂO NORTE FC got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Soeiro. In the 14th minute, Ernani Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Jame Whitley in the 18th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Jame Whitley came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Real Mente Burro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jame Whitley couldn't finish the play. Real Mente Burro's attentive Luciano Nóbrega managed to snatch the ball when Adelino Soeiro made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. In the 30th match minute, Real Mente Burro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. Real Mente Burro's Jame Whitley got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severino Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jame Whitley in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes in the game Adelino Soeiro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gustavo Meira. FUSÂO NORTE FC's Severino Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jame Whitley in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jame Whitley was the one to do the kick off. Adelino Soeiro made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Real Mente Burro's Hílton Tepedino. 0-2 became the score in the 52nd minute when Jame Whitley elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 55th minute, FUSÂO NORTE FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luciano Nóbrega fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. FUSÂO NORTE FC's Severino Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jame Whitley in the 56th minute of play. Jame Whitley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severino Monteiro having to make a save. Carlos Fernando Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan Souto in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Mente Burro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Meira was slow to take the kick. During this time FUSÂO NORTE FC's players had a chance to rest. FUSÂO NORTE FC's Severino Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jame Whitley in the 74th minute of play. Jame Whitley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Severino Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Adelino Soeiro in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Real Mente Burro's Hílton Tepedino. Severino Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jame Whitley in the 82nd minute of the match. Jame Whitley didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-4 via right post in the game's 84th minute. Real Mente Burro's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 87 minutes into the match, Jame Whitley notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of FUSÂO NORTE FC's Severino Monteiro. Severino Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luciano Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Monteiro having to interfere. Real Mente Burro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
