The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Pontes got free with Marquinhos Fontes in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nordestão Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Duda Trevisan hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Nordestão Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Iuri Vidal came free, but Yuri Vinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coringudo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
