Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sydney Costa made the kick off which started today's match. Elano de Queiroz hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Durvalino Cabral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Berger. Pikastofly FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Sydney Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pikastofly FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sydney Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moisés Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 11 minutes, Álvaro Seco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Axinim and the Pikastofly FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Axinim's Álvaro Seco got a free kick in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás de Toledo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés Correia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th match minute, Axinim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdir Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Sydney Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Axinim defense, Sydney Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moisés Correia. The Axinim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moisés Correia should have stopped the shot. Moisés Correia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Pinho's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Cristiano Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moisés Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Costa in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pikastofly FC's Tomás de Toledo got a free kick in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pikastofly FC's zone, Valdir Ferraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Berger came out of the goal and Valdir Ferraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moisés Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sydney Costa in the 44th minute of the match. Álvaro Seco hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When Pikastofly FC's Sydney Costa in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Axinim's goalie prevented a goal. The Axinim players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pikastofly FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdir Ferraz was the one to do the kick off. Moisés Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Álvaro Seco was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 53rd match minute, Axinim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Seco to maneuver through the defense. Moisés Correia was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Sydney Costa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sydney Costa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. If Sydney Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Moisés Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Costa in the 64th minute of play. Silvinho Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Axinim's zone, Sydney Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés Correia came out of the goal and Sydney Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, Axinim's goalkeeper Moisés Correia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristiano Pinho. Pikastofly FC's Tomás de Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Silvinho Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Berger. Pikastofly FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Silvinho Macedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Berger having to make a save.
