The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. João Francisco Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. A collision led to PeterDias FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Guto de Carvalho hit a great ball. Christian Pontes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, WinchesterBr's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio Linhares came free, but João Francisco Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jânio Linhares in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of João Francisco Travassos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jânio Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tarcisio Trancoso charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tarcisio Trancoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When PeterDias FC's Jânio Linhares, in the 18th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for PeterDias FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Jânio Linhares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Francisco Travassos. That made the score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. In the 31st minute, Jânio Linhares made a precise shot to the right of João Francisco Travassos. WinchesterBr's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Hélder da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes PeterDias FC got a freekick which was hit by Dito Fonseca. In the 38th minute of the match Percival Mello shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chico Fantini showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of PeterDias FC booed when WinchesterBr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jânio Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. João Francisco Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PeterDias FC's Virgílio Linhares got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
53 minutes into the game, Jânio Linhares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. João Francisco Travassos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. PeterDias FC's Jânio Linhares got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Virgílio Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, WinchesterBr's Tarcisio Trancoso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. After having played for 66 minutes, Virgílio Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PeterDias FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgílio Linhares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgílio Linhares scored 5-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Francisco Travassos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Augusto Romero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chico Fantini firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 78 played minutes PeterDias FC got a freekick which was hit by Hélder da Rocha. Chico Fantini made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when João Augusto Romero sent off a good shot on target. Jânio Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 83 minutes, Virgílio Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PeterDias FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgílio Linhares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jânio Linhares took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Francisco Travassos. João Francisco Travassos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Chico Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauan Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The supporters of PeterDias FC booed when WinchesterBr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the PeterDias FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
