The score was now 2-0. 27 minutes into the game, Marcelo Zanette recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Afonsinho Coutinho. Marcelo Zanette showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Magno Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho Coutinho having to interfere. Benjamim Souza hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Ediberto Jacinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaristo Vander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ediberto Jacinto ran back to his position shaking his head. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luisão Cavalcante to make the kick off. With a little luck, G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Evaristo Vander got control of the ball when Ediberto Jacinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afonsinho Coutinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magno Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's José Paulo Luz got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ediberto Jacinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Evaristo Vander made a huge save. If Magno Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE booed when Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Magno Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonsinho Coutinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Marcelo Zanette got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Marcelo Zanette had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afonsinho Coutinho. Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Zanette was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
