Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) After a rather tough play, Trahira's Paulo Renato Prado got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Zula Siekierski scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rubens Ferraz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Zé Carlos Faria fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gressa FC's protests and gave Zé Carlos Faria a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Gressa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos Faria to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Gressa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Chaves came free, but Zeca Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Moisés Chaves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeca Pitta. Gressa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moisés Chaves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Rubens Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Moro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Emerson Sousa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zeca Pitta, 2-1. Rubens Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrés Moro's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Cacá Damião got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Trahira's Rubens Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrés Moro in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cacá Damião managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trahira's supporters rose to their feet, but Cacá Damião was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeca Pitta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oscar da Silveira charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar da Silveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Andrés Moro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rubens Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dênis Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Zé Carlos Faria was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Gressa FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trahira:s goal. Andrés Moro struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Rubens Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gressa FC. Zeca Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Sousa in the 46th minute of play. Emerson Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Pitta having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrés Moro to make the kick off. Cássio Maia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Rubens Ferraz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrés Moro got free with Rubens Ferraz in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emerson Sousa succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. A collision led to Gressa FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Zula Siekierski hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Gressa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Sousa came free, but Zeca Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dênis Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nilmar Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Zeca Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Walmyr Linhares fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gressa FC's protests and gave Walmyr Linhares a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd match minute, Gressa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmyr Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Zeca Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gressa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Moisés Chaves was slow to take the kick. During this time Trahira's players had a chance to rest. In the 90th minute, Emerson Sousa made a precise shot to the right of Zeca Pitta. Gressa FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Trahira had won after a very even match.
