Marcos Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Capixaba in the 6th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes Abolição FC got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Mendes. Adelino Batista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcos Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomás Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Capixaba was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cícero Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abolição FC's Ahmet Rıfat Erdem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Capixaba in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Deivid Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Abolição FC's Ahmet Rıfat Erdem got control of the ball when Marcos Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adelino Batista was the one to do the kick off. Gil Queiroz charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Queiroz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Abolição FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Marcos Souto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirari AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Souto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomás Capixaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldão da Fonseca during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Abolição FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldão da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Souto in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Mirari AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. If Tomás Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cícero Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino Batista's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Tomás Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Rıfat Erdem having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Souto in the 92nd minute of play forced Abolição FC's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Tomás Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirari AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mirari AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
