Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bernardinho Prado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Breno Sena's late challenge caught a Malagutti Soccêr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Breno Sena helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Malagutti Soccêr booed when Aquidauana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Régis Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Malagutti Soccêr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Régis Medeiros couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Malagutti Soccêr getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jeferson Vaz hit a great ball. Jonathan Camargo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiaguinho Sena came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonathan Camargo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Breno Sena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiaguinho Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 29 minutes in the game Kiko Vieira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jonathan Camargo. 31 minutes into the match, Malagutti Soccêr's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vânderson Amaral. Vânderson Amaral succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 34th playminute. Malagutti Soccêr's Tiaguinho Sena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Malagutti Soccêr from getting a goal against them. After 42 minutes, Adelino Bueno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aquidauana and the Malagutti Soccêr players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aquidauana's Adelino Bueno got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aquidauana's goalkeeper Rômulo Nunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vânderson Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Sena having to interfere. In the 47th minute Jonathan Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Camargo to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Vânderson Amaral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aquidauana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 63rd match minute, Aquidauana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Maciel to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th match minute, Malagutti Soccêr was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval da Costa to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Malagutti Soccêr's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Bueno came free, but Tiaguinho Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 79 minutes on the clock, Chicão Chaves commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Tiaguinho Sena went to the wrong direction when Breno Sena was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Vânderson Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Sena having to interfere. Tiaguinho Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Camargo in the 88th minute of the match. Alfredinho Ferraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute of the match Breno Sena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiaguinho Sena skillfully saved the ball. Tiaguinho Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Camargo in the 94th minute of the match. A collision led to Aquidauana getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Adelino Bueno hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aquidauana fully deserved thier win.
